About Us

Suzanne Riehl is a native of Pennsylvania and has lived in Virginia for 28 years. She worked as a church musician and college professor for many years and has been involved with personal property management for over 15 years. After obtaining her Real Estate license, she decided to open her own property management company and formed Ally Property Management (like your friend!), in April of 2020. This growing company is serving the communities of Charlottesville, Fluvanna, North Garden, Ruckersville, Earlysville, Stanardsville, Kewsick, Palmyra and Richmond. She has two grown children, both married, 2 grandchildren and a loving golden doodle, Jack!

I​ ​have​ ​been​ ​a REALTOR®​ ​since​ 1996​ ​and​ ​earned my​ ​Broker’s​ ​license​ ​in​ ​2002. I​ ​worked​ ​as​ ​Managing​ ​Broker​ ​for​ ​a​ ​local​ ​franchise​ ​brokerage​ ​from​ ​2002​ ​until​ ​2017. Presently, I​ ​teach​ ​Ethics,​ ​Fair​ ​Housing,​ ​Legal​ ​Updates,​ ​Contracts,​ ​Agency,​ ​Paragon, Transaction​ ​Desk,​ ​CMA​ ​and​ ​Escrow​ ​classes​ ​for​ ​Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors​(CAAR) . I have served as President​ ​of​ ​CAAR​ ​and on several committees such as Grievance, Education, Communication and Professional Development receiving awards for Ethics in Action and Realtor of the Year in 2017. I look forward to serving as the Principle Broker for Ally Property Management as we meet the needs of property investors in Charlottesville, Richmond and surrounding areas!
