This website, with a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of https://www.yourallypm.com/ (“The Site”, “website”), is generated by Ally Property Management, LLC with a business location at 3510 Remson Court, Suite 202, Charlottesville, VA 22901 (the “Company”, “Ally PM”, “we”, “our” or “us”) to the person or user accessing the site (“you”, “your” “user”, “users”). Both refer to the “Parties”.

  1. User Agreement to the Terms of using this Site.

By accessing or using this website, you agree without limitation to the terms and conditions of Ally Property Management, LLC website. The company may modify these terms at any time and without notice by amending them on the Site. Your regular use of the Site constitutes your confirmation of acceptance of any revisions. You should periodically visit this page to review the current version of our terms of use. You may not allowed to modify these terms except in writing signed by the Company.

The site is a platform for the following types of users who access or use it:

  1. General Visitors - To provide general information about our company and the services that we offer.

  2. Rental Owners - To provide an avenue to learn about rental services and how we can help them take advantage of their Real Estate investment to earn revenue. The website will give them the platform to monitor their property, check their revenues, and communicate with Ally PM’s staff members via our owner’s portal

  3. Prospective Tenants - To provide a venue for the tenants who are looking for vacant rental homes, communicate with our staff using the Contact Us form and submit their application.

  4. Current Residents - To provide a platform for them to view their lease status and rent balance, view their signed lease documents, and upload/update other required rental documents like renters insurance.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute the text, graphics, downloads, tools or any other content on this Site for any other purpose.

We retain the right but are not obligated to record, screen, edit, or remove any content on this Site at any time and for any reason. The company shall have no liability to any user or third party for the performance or non-performance of any of these actions.

  1. User Submitted Content

The site does not offer features for users to submit content to the Site. However, users can provide feedback or suggestions for content by sending an email to suzanneriehl@yourallypm.com.

You acknowledge that by providing the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the Site, the Company is merely acting as a channel for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability related thereto. However, the Company reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that are unacceptable to it in its sole discretion.

The website provides an avenue for the users to provide their telephone or mobile number to reach back (non-marketing messages or calls). Providing a telephone or mobile number is not required but an alternative for cases where users do not have an active email address. While there is no direct cost to the public imposed by the Company to utilize any of its mobile application services (including text notification deliveries), STANDARD DATA FEES AND TEXT MESSAGING RATES MAY APPLY BASED ON YOUR PLAN WITH YOUR MOBILE CARRIER.

You may contact your mobile phone carrier to provide you the rates applied in your mobile phone plan. As mobile access and text message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier network availability, such access and delivery is not guaranteed.

You may opt out of text delivery at any time by texting STOP to our text conversation.

Our separate SMS Privacy Policy is incorporated in these terms of use and you hereby agree to the privacy clauses stated in this policy.
